In the Kyparissian area we can provide three types of plots: sea, landscape, mountain or a combination of these.
These plots range from € 20,000,-- € 2.000.000,--.
These prices are dependent on:
- a sea view
- in or out the village boundaries
- the plot size ranging from 400 m2 to 100,000 m2
- the total number of m2 that we are able build on
- the sun set
- a panoramic view
- the distance to services such as water, electricity and the main road
- distance to village or city
- the quality of the plot for construction
The land at sea level is very fertile and is surrounded by olive trees and small farms. Here we are able to offer plots with a sea view 10 to 500m from the sea.

Land scape plots are situated in the mountainous areas of Kyparissia and they range from 10 to 200m in height and at a distance of 200m to 4 km’s from the coast. Many of these plots have a beautiful sea and coastal view. All are within easy reach by car.
Mountain These are situated not more than 10 km’s away from the coast and are of interest to those who prefer to live a quiet life that is close to nature. These plots will be of interest to those who desire a thematic living together project such as:
- ecological living,
- self sufficient living,
- living together with family or friends,
- a religious or moral way of life.
